What if I have little or no experience in property?

We have worked with many first time investors and successfully helped them secure their first property.

There are strategies we can utilise to help you overcome the challenge of securing a corporate let with no track record or references. All we ask is that you have completed relevant training on your chosen strategy, and are serious about taking action when an opportunity is presented to you.

Are you a fully compliant sourcing agent?

Yes! We hold all of the required compliance to ensure our clients are safe and secure. We are registered with the Information commissioner’s office (ICO), the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), trained in AML, and covered by Professional Indemnity.

Do you offer property management?

Whilst we do not directly offer a property management service, we have approved management companies available that we can connect you with at no extra cost, giving you the option to create hands free income!

Can I view the property before signing the lease?

Yes! You will always have the opportunity to view the property in person before proceeding. If you are unable to attend a viewing within a week of the deal being delivered, we can arrange a virtual viewing.

What happens if the landlord pulls out of the deal before signing?

In the event that a landlord decides not to proceed with the lease agreement, you will not pay and we will find you a new deal at no additional cost.

Who handles the contract signing?

We facilitate the signing of the lease agreement on both sides, ensuring a seamless handover. This is typically completed digitally.

We can provide a base template for the corporate let contract at no additional cost.

Is it possible to speak to past clients?

Yes! on request, we can provide contact details for clients we have successfully worked with, who are happy to share their experience.

What if you don’t secure me a deal within 30 days?
